ABOUT SHILPA

Sacred Prenatal Guide • Feminine Embodiment Mentor • Holistic Wellness Specialist

I’m Shilpa, Founder of Advaya Holistic Wellness. A 300+ Hrs RYS Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, 600 Hrs Ayurveda Health Counsellor, Energy Healer, Spiritual Mentor and your guide on this sacred journey of pregnancy and transformation.

Born and raised in India — the birthplace of Yoga and Ayurveda, I bring the authentic essence of these ancient sciences into your modern motherhood journey. My roots and training are deeply grounded in traditional Indian teachings, passed down by authentic gurus from and Ayurvedic Vaidyas from South India, where I received over 1000+ hours of practical, lineage-based training in Yoga and Ayurveda.

I have been personally practicing and living yogic and Ayurveda inspired life since over 8 years. My own journey into prenatal yoga began from a place of longing — when I was preparing to conceive my daughter, Saisha. Through yoga, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom, I discovered the power of aligning the body, mind, and spirit for fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. This inspired me to become a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher so I could support other women walking this sacred path.

With over 8 years of personal practice and teaching, I now blend authentic yoga from the land it was born in with holistic Ayurveda to help you:
